GFIA Attend 7th International Funds Summit

Deputy Chairman, James Lasry was invited to attend the 7th International Funds Summit on behalf of GFIA.

The 7th International Funds Summit was organized by the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA), Invest Cyprus and IMH and took place on 1-2 November 2021 at Hilton Nicosia.

Cyprus is one of the fastest-growing investment fund centers in the region as its financial services sector is strong and legislative and regulatory needs can easily be met.

The Summit was a hybrid event which brought together fund managers and administration specialists from over 30 countries to evaluate the ever-changing landscape of the funds industry.

James Lasry also contributed to the event by participating in a Fireside Chat on the Opportunities and Challenges of Crypto Funds. This was moderated by Panikos Teklos (Vice President of CIFA).
