Dear valued member

As we are all too fully aware, the pandemic has brought with it a number of personal and professional challenges, not least of which has been the ability to attend face to face meetings and events.

While we have all of course missed the personal human interactions which accompany the attending of physical events and in continuance of our service delivery to our members, virtual events have been well received and very well attended. Many have provided great feedback reporting satisfaction with the quality of both content and delivery!

We therefore consider that the hosting of virtual events has been a success in its own right and they will for the foreseeable future remain a regular fixture as part of our varied repertoire of offerings.

Given that the associated costs of hosting a virtual event are somewhat less than that of a physical event, and in the interests of continued value for our membership, a decision has been made to pass back a proportion of these savings. With this in mind we will be reducing our fees for virtual events from £35 per member to £20.
